In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the amount you have deposited into your bingoplusph account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
Upon termination, you will forfeit any bonuses and associated winnings. However, any legitimate balance in your account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you, subject to verification and deduction of any amounts owed to bingoplusph.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you using your registered payment method, subject to verification.
In the event of a dispute between you and bingoplusph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
